Our coaches start by assessing your posture and how you move. If you want, they’ll use our unique assessment tool, Boditrax. It’ll help our coaches decide what areas you need to focus on.
This is where our coaches prepare you to move. That means showing you how to stretch, and activate your muscles. They’ll also show you how to cool down after a workout and how to use a foam roller to work any muscle soreness you might have.
It’s time to get moving! With Dynamic Movement Training, coaches will show you how to use your body’s natural movements to work your core, up your strength and improve your cardio.
