role overview
MXE is the contact centre for EW brands where the main responsibilities is to ensure that all members’ dues are current and to support the club in any enquiries.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- To do collection calls to members who are in arrears.
- To do service calls to New Joiners.
- To hit and exceed collection targets.
- Respond to all member enquiries via inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintaining professional etiquette at all times when communicating with members.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external customers.
- Other duties that may be assigned to meet business needs.

- requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree,
- Must be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Must be able to work long hours and able to come on weekends.
- Must be a team player.
- Able to speak Chinese dialects.
- Matured and able to work independently.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree,
