role overview

Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Malaysia, the Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is critical, as the role includes content creation and member communication. Able to manage and lead a team of marketing executives with guidance and strategic direction.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify video needs and create a strategy for delivering high-quality video content that meets our marketing goals.
    • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lights, and audio equipment.
    • Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content that meets our brand standards and engages our audience.
    • Manage video files, maintain an organized digital library of footage, and ensure proper archiving of completed projects.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies and bring new ideas to the table. Must have an eye for story hooks and determine how to produce content that will capture attention.
    • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
    • Develop visual treatments, storyboards, and scripts to ensure that the final product meets our brand guidelines and resonates with our target audience.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • REQUIREMENTS
      • Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work or projects(if fresh graduate).
      • Proficient in video production and editing software, including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
      • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute high-quality video projects from start to finish.
      • Strong creative vision, with a passion for storytelling and an eye for detail.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
      • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • A bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
      • Interested in health and fitness and willing to try new things.
