STRETCH FURTHER FOR BETTER Flexibility

Once you’ve mastered the basics in Level 1, it’s time to challenge yourself with Level 2. Faster paced, with more athletic poses and inversions, you’ll be spending a significant part of the class off the ground. You’ll be doing a series of hanging and upside down manoeuvres to challenge you and keep your mind stimulated.
