LEARN MULTI-STRIKE TECHNIQUES FOR BETTER FITNESS
Challenge your fitness, speed and strength. Using approaches from a variety of martial arts, we focus on multi-strike techniques with an emphasis on strikes while standing and while on the ground. This 60 minutes class will have you switching between punching bags and grappling where ground strikes take place.
You’ll also incorporate transition and escape moves. We’ll show you how to adapt the moves depending on your level of fitness and experience. You’ll leave the class with improved stamina and functional strength.
