Dance with a partner to a selection of ballroom inspired dance. We’ll lead you through moves that follow strict tempos. You’ll be dipping and lifting moves to work your upper body while improving your strength and toning your legs and butt.
BALLROOM DANCING 90-minute
We’ve extended our Ballroom Dancing class to 90 minutes. You’ll be dancing with a partner through moves that follow a strict tempo, dipping and lifting to work your upper body and improve your strength. You’ll also tone your legs and butt.
