TONE, STRENGTHEN AND BURN CALORIES

In this class, you’ll combine body weight, muscle condition, cardio and jump training moves in a routine choreographed to original music that is composed to match your every move. You’ll work your whole body, doing high knees, burpees and jumping jacks as well as lunges, squats, kickboxing and more. Every move will be driven by the music, helping you push yourself to the last rep and beyond.
With a quarter of this workout dedicated to bodyweight training, you’ll challenge and strengthen your core. You’ll also tone your arms, abs, legs and butt as you squat, plank and perform burpees. Plus, this high-intensity workout will have you burning plenty of calories, and keep burning long after the workout is done.
