  • T12 CHALLENGE CONTEST DETAILS

    WHAT IS THE T12 CHALLENGE?
    The T12 Challenge is a 12-week body transformation challenge whereby participants embark on a competitive fitness journey to achieve the following:
    a. Body Measurement - Lose the highest Body Fat %
    b. Body Measurement - Gain the highest Muscle Mass %
    c. Bonus | Class Attendance - Attend the required number of GX and special classes at Fitness First Platinum
    Avenue K to receive bonus points

    WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
    Open to all Fitness First members and also non-members aged 18 years and above.

    WHAT CATEGORIES ARE THERE?
    There are 2 categories that you can choose to participate in:
    a. Category 1 : Individual
    b. Category 2 : Team Category
    - Compulsory for 4 members in a team, minimum 1 Fitness First member and 1 non-member per team
    - Should any of the non-member(s) decides to drop out after a month, the team must continue with the challenge without replacement


  • Scoring criteria & Prizes

    HOW DO WE DETERMINE THE WINNERS?
    This is a point based challenge with points being rewarded by achievement.

    a. Body Measurement- Overall Body Fat Loss
    - Overall Muscle Mass Increase

    5 points will also be deducted for every 1% increase in body fat or 1% decrease in muscle mass
    5 points for every 1% achieved
    b. Bonus Points*

    12 Weeks Class Attendance
    - Attend minimum 12 and maximum 36 GX and/or Special Classes at Fitness First Platinum
    Avenue K within the 12 weeks challenge period to collect bonus points
    (a) 12 classes - 12 points
    (b) Subsequent classes– 1 point for each class (capped at max 36 points for bonus point collection)


    Participants (Individual and Team) with the highest accumulative points will be deemed as Grand Prize winners. For Team category, the final point is calculated based on an average of total points divided by number of participants within the team.
